Palmetto Peach Development is guided by experienced principals with a hands-on approach to commercial real estate development, commercial real estate management, and commercial property management across Georgia and South Carolina.

Brett Brannon

President

Brett Brannon has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare administration and over 20 years in commercial real estate development. He founded and built Georgialina Physical Therapy into a 20-location company with more than 120 employees.

At Palmetto Peach Development, he leads investor and client relations and advises on financing, construction, and government relations. He holds master’s degrees in business administration and healthcare administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

David Brannon

Director of Development

David Brannon leads acquisitions, financing, construction, and disposition initiatives for the firm. He leverages deep local and regional relationships to support leasing efforts and value-add construction projects across Georgia and South Carolina.

His experience spans healthcare, office, retail, and mixed-use assets, including Beacon Bluff and the Augusta Oncology Multispecialty Clinic. Prior to Palmetto Peach Development, he worked for a general contractor in Augusta, a boutique litigation firm in Washington, D.C., and Boston Consulting Group, and he holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Harvard College.

Chelsea Waddell

Director of Property Management

Chelsea Waddell oversees property management, maintenance, and leasing across the portfolio. She manages accounting systems and tenant relationships for more than 65 units across healthcare, office, retail, and multifamily properties in Georgia and South Carolina.

She has over 10 years of experience in real estate and healthcare administration. Chelsea holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.

Martin Bjelajac

Investment Analyst

Martin Bjelajac supports market research, investment analysis, and investor-facing materials at Palmetto Peach Development, with a focus on underwriting support, portfolio positioning, and marketing strategy. His work centers on evaluating regional market dynamics across the Southeast and assisting with capital formation and fund development efforts.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a satellite intelligence startup focused on geospatial data analysis and served as an assistant to a former President of the United Nations General Assembly on policy research initiatives. He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Philosophy, with a secondary field in Government, from Harvard College.
